JWD Lamian Noodle Bar - Bishopsgate,

Design Concept Statement: In the heart of our bustling city, we envision a noodle bar that transcends the ordinary, a culinary haven where tradition and innovation intertwine seamlessly. Our design concept draws inspiration from the time-honoured art of noodle making, specifically the mesmerizing process of stretching noodles, and the grace of bamboo – a symbol of strength, flexibility, and sustainability.

Theme Inspiration: Bamboo, with its organic beauty and sustainable qualities, becomes the central theme of our noodle bar's interior design. Imagine a space that pays homage to the serene bamboo forests, where the vibrant greenery and the supple strength of bamboo culminate in a tranquil atmosphere. This theme serves as the backdrop for the celebration of the noodle-making process.

Material Palette: Natural bamboo elements take centre stage, manifesting in various forms throughout the space. Bamboo screens create intimate dining zones, providing a sense of privacy while maintaining a visual connection to the overall ambiance. Sleek bamboo furniture, with its clean lines and light tones, adds a touch of modernity to the traditional setting.

Colour Scheme: A soothing palette inspired by nature dominates the colour scheme. Earthy greens, warm wood tones, and subtle hints of gold evoke the essence of bamboo groves bathed in sunlight. This harmonious blend fosters a calming environment that enhances the overall dining experience.
