Creative Lead – Visual Communication

Xin Xin is a Creative Director specialising in Visual Communication Design, with over 10 years of professional experience across digital platforms, branding, and large-scale commercial projects. He graduated from the Luxun Academy of Fine Arts (LAFA), one of China’s prestigious Eight Major Art Academies, where he studied Visual Communication Design. He also holds CIW International Web Designer Certification and Adobe Certified Graphic Designer (International Certification).

Throughout his career, Xin Xin has led and contributed to the visual design of multiple high-traffic web and mobile applications with user bases exceeding one million. He has held senior design roles at leading internet and commercial organisations including Ele.me, Baidu Waimai, JD.com, Naver, Wanda Commercial Planning Institute, and China Youth Daily – London Bureau, where he was responsible for visual design direction and graphic design management across complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Xin Xin is known for his systematic design thinking and strong focus on the full lifecycle of design delivery, from concept development to execution and implementation. He places particular emphasis on design feasibility, detail control, and consistency across platforms, ensuring that creative ideas translate effectively into real-world outcomes. His design philosophy advocates for visual work that creates a balance between cultural depth, clarity of communication, and artistic expression, delivering meaningful and intuitive user experiences.

In his professional practice, Xin Xin is especially interested in the reinterpretation of cultural symbols within contemporary contexts, using design as a medium to bridge tradition and modern life. Projects he has led or overseen include the Ele.me App interface, JD.com platform design, JD Companion Programme, Youyuan Dating Platform, the Wanda Commercial Real Estate publication series, Wanda Plaza opening publications, and Wanda Hotels & Resorts brand series, among others.
