Marketing Manager
At Creative Prototyping Unit, we fuse creativity and strategy to bring meaningful ideas to life. As part of our international growth strategy, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is primarily focused on leading our marketing efforts to strengthen CPU’s brand presence in the UK and bridge connections with Chinese partners. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring our creative design services reach more clients and markets.
We welcome candidates with international experience and cultural fluency, especially those who can connect with both local and global client bases.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and levels of experience:
1–2+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles (creative industries, design, architecture, etc.);
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills;
Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple marketing projects;
Background in creative industries is a plus;
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is essential for engaging effectively with Chinese partners and clients;
Eligible to work in the UK.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote CPU’s brand and design services in both the UK and Chinese markets;
Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns (including social media, email, SEO, content marketing);
Collaborate with British clients and Chinese partners to identify marketing opportunities and tailor messaging accordingly;
Create and maintain marketing materials (online platforms, brochures, presentations);
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and areas for brand growth;
Prepare marketing performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement;
Conduct market research and prepare insights to support decision-making.
Location: Hendon Central, London
Job Type: Fall-time (40 hours/week) – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Salary: £30-40k, (Competitive, based on leve of experience)

Experience with AutoCAD & Rhino (essential)

Support the design team in developing creative concepts
Prepare visual presentations and communicate ideas effectively
